RTA Triathlon has scheduled three training camps in Lake Placid for 2025:​

May 22–25 (Thursday–Sunday) – Near Capacity

June 26–29 (Thursday–Sunday) – Near Capacity

August 7–10 (Thursday–Sunday) – Open
Early registration is advised, as two out of three camps sold out in 2024.​RTA Triathlon

Each camp provides a comprehensive training experience:​

Daily swim, bike, and run sessions led by experienced coaches

Run off the bike – 6-mile tempo run
