💬 Athlete Testimonials

“I attended both Lake Placid training camps. It's called KYAH for a reason and it totally prepared me for race day. Thanks to RTA I am an Ironman!!”
— Jeff M.

“Every aspect of the camp was fantastic, but I want to highlight one aspect: the Nutrition lecture. Coach Elizabeth broke it down in terms that were easy to understand and provided tools and a framework that I immediately implemented. It made a remarkable difference.”
— Damon

“I have attended several training camps hosted by RTA (Lake Placid & Florida) and each experience has been exceptional. They have been an important part of my training each year.”
